When I opened the door to our room, I was greeted by stunning views across the lake. The room was big and perfect for our family, and the staff spoke multiple languages, making us feel so welcome. The service was very helpful, arranging two double rooms next to each other for our convenience, and they even had a key code for a door round the back of the hotel, adding to our peace of mind. The location was right next to the lake, which was absolutely stunning, although the main road traffic noise prevented us from keeping the window open. The dining experience was lovely, especially when served on the balcony, but it could be more extensive without extra charges. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed during our stay.
